Watch Time — Termini di Servizio

1. Oggetto e accettazione

Questi Termini di Servizio ("Termini") regolano l'utilizzo dell'applicazione Watch Time ("Servizio"), che permette di tenere traccia di film e serie TV, gestire watchlist, cronologia e statistiche di visione.

Usando il Servizio o creando un account, accetti questi Termini. Se non li accetti, non utilizzare il Servizio.

2. Descrizione del Servizio

Watch Time ti permette di:

Creare un account e accedere tramite email/password o provider OAuth (es. Google)
Salvare film e serie in watchlist, segnare contenuti come visti e valutarli
Visualizzare cronologia e statistiche personali di visione
Consultare informazioni pubbliche su film e serie fornite da The Movie Database (TMDB)

Il Servizio è fornito gratuitamente, per uso personale e non commerciale.

3. Account e sicurezza

Devi avere almeno 13 anni (o l'età minima prevista nel tuo Paese) per usare il Servizio.
Sei responsabile della riservatezza delle tue credenziali e di tutte le attività svolte con il tuo account.
Devi fornire un indirizzo email valido e mantenerlo aggiornato.
Avvisaci subito a campanella.simone2008@gmail.com in caso di accesso non autorizzato.

4. Uso consentito e vietato

Ti impegni a usare il Servizio in modo lecito. È vietato:

Violare leggi, diritti di terzi o questi Termini
Tentare di accedere senza autorizzazione ad account, sistemi o dati altrui
Interferire con il funzionamento del Servizio (es. scraping abusivo, attacchi, reverse engineering per eludere la sicurezza)
Caricare contenuti illeciti, offensivi o che violano diritti d'autore
Usare il Servizio per spam, frodi o attività commerciali senza autorizzazione

Possiamo sospendere gli account che violano queste regole.

5. Contenuti di terze parti

Le informazioni su film, serie, poster e trame sono fornite da TMDB (The Movie Database) e possono essere incomplete o inesatte. Poster e marchi appartengono ai rispettivi proprietari.

Watch Time non è affiliata a TMDB, Google, o agli studios cinematografici.

6. Proprietà intellettuale

L'app, il logo e il codice di Watch Time sono di proprietà di Watch Time. Ti è concessa una licenza limitata, non esclusiva e revocabile per usare il Servizio secondo questi Termini.

I tuoi dati (watchlist, valutazioni, cronologia) restano tuoi. Ci concedi solo quanto necessario per fornirti il Servizio (es. memorizzarli e mostrarli a te).

7. Disponibilità e modifiche del Servizio

Il Servizio è fornito "così com'è", senza garanzie di disponibilità continua o assenza di errori. Possiamo aggiornare, sospendere o interrompere funzioni in qualsiasi momento per manutenzione o miglioramenti.

8. Sospensione ed eliminazione account

Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni dell'app. Come descritto nella Privacy Policy, i dati vengono conservati per 20 giorni per consentire il recupero, poi eliminati definitivamente.
Possiamo sospendere o chiudere account che violano questi Termini o per obblighi di legge.

9. Limitazione di responsabilità

Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, Watch Time non è responsabile per danni indiretti, perdita di dati o mancati guadagni derivanti dall'uso del Servizio.

Nulla in questi Termini limita i diritti che ti spettano per legge come consumatore.

10. Modifiche ai Termini

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. Le modifiche importanti verranno comunicate tramite l'app o questa pagina. Continuando a usare il Servizio dopo le modifiche, accetti i nuovi Termini.

11. Legge applicabile

Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana e dal diritto UE. Per eventuali controversie è competente il foro del tuo luogo di residenza o domicilio, se agisci come consumatore.

Watch Time — Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Watch Time application ("Service"), which lets you track movies and TV shows, manage watchlists, history and viewing statistics.

By using the Service or creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Watch Time allows you to:

Create an account and sign in with email/password or OAuth providers (e.g. Google)
Save movies and shows to a watchlist, mark content as watched and rate it
View your personal history and viewing statistics
Browse public movie/TV information provided by The Movie Database (TMDB)

The Service is provided free of charge, for personal and non-commercial use.

3. Account and security

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
Notify us immediately at campanella.simone2008@gmail.com in case of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable and prohibited use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. It is forbidden to:

Violate laws, third-party rights or these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems or data
Interfere with the Service (e.g. abusive scraping, attacks, reverse engineering to bypass security)
Upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content
Use the Service for spam, fraud or commercial activity without authorization

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Third-party content

Movie, show, poster and synopsis data is provided by TMDB (The Movie Database) and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Posters and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Watch Time is not affiliated with TMDB, Google, or movie studios.

6. Intellectual property

The Watch Time app, logo and code are owned by Watch Time. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

Your data (watchlist, ratings, history) remains yours. You grant us only what is needed to provide the Service (e.g. storing and displaying it to you).

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time for maintenance or improvements.

8. Suspension and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. As described in the Privacy Policy, data is kept for 20 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or for legal compliance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watch Time is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law and EU law. If you act as a consumer, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of your place of residence or domicile.
